What you guys do to relieve insomnia?

I usually don’t have problems falling asleep, but I tend to wake up really really early (like 4-5am) and can’t get back to sleep. Makes me feel all burnt-out and shitty all day. Any of you dudes have some sweet home remedies for insomnia?

  1. ayebee answered: I’ve got it bad- spend as little time as possible in your bedroom. It trains your mind to know when to sleep.
